Dustin is a strategy, marketing, and operations executive and consultant with demonstrated success curating multiple businesses to scale, leading companies to successful exits, and creating winning cultures. He has deep experience creating international markets for marketing technology and services companies. He offers a data-driven operating approach that excels in ambiguity through deep expertise in business strategy, advertising and marketing technology, data and analytics, organizational design, and sales and marketing. Dustin has a deep specialization in marketing services, digital marketing, marketing technology and eCommerce.

Dustin serves as founder of Elegant Disruption, a boutique strategy and management consulting firm for marketing services and technology companies. Dustin previously led corporate strategy, investments, and M&A at PMG, one of the fastest-growing digital companies in the US. Dustin led the creation of the analytics and data science business unit and led the programmatic buying practice. PMG is an award-winning digital service and technology provider for Fortune 500 brands across more than 50 countries. PMG is a seven-time winner of the AdAge Best Places to Work.

Dustin served as EVP at Camelot Strategic Marketing and EVP of Strategy and Innovation for iProspect (AegisDentsu). He led the US strategy organization and Innovation Labs, the agency incubator division. Dustin led the western region for the agency, overseeing more than 250 client service personnel across the San Francisco, Chicago, Detroit, and Dallas/Fort Worth offices.

Previously, Dustin served as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer for ClearSaleing (acquired by eBay Enterprise). He led sales, product marketing, partner development, and new market strategy and helped guide the company to a successful acquisition by eBay Enterprise.

In his over 20 years of experience, Dustin has led digital marketing activities internally for brands like Match.com and Blockbuster. For the latter, he led online marketing to launch Blockbuster Online (Blockbuster Total Access), which acquired more than 1MM paying subscribers and 25% market share in less than ten months from launch in a market that included Netflix, Walmart, and Amazon. He has led client relationships with brands including Autodesk, Beats by Dre, Sephora, Nutrisystem, Travelocity, and Experian.

He is a well-recognized digital advertising and retail industry expert. He is a frequent speaker at conferences, including ANA Financial Summit, ANA Digital Summit, iMedia Commerce Summit, iMedia Agency Summit, Shop.org, SMX, eTail, Digital Hollywood, and CitiFinancial’s Entertainment, Media and Technology Conference.

Dustin has achieved executive education certificates from Harvard Business School (M&A - Strategy, Execution, and Post-Merger Management) and Singularity University’s executive education program focused on emerging technology in an exponential world.

Dustin has also served on the board for Equip The Saints, a non-profit focused on providing technology and solutions to groups combatting human slavery and sex trafficking. Dustin was also a founding member of the Utah Digital Marketing Collective.
